About Camilla
Camilla graduated in Management Sciences from Warwick University
and has a Post Graduate degree from Leeds Metropolitan University
in Human Resources. She has 14 years experience in the Human Resources
field, working at every level in the Private, Voluntary and Public
sectors.
Camilla is a Member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development and the British Psychological Society. As a qualified
psychometric assessor, she has also been published in International
Management journals.
With ten years experience of mentoring and coaching people in
all walks of life, Camilla believes that everyone can achieve
their goals and live the life that they want. She is passionate
about enabling people to get the most out of their life and specialises
in motivating individuals and groups in their professional and
personal development.
Camilla is also a specialist in disability advice and the Disability
Discrimination Act 1995. She can advise companies of their legal
obligations towards employees and customers and work with them
to find practical solutions.
As a disabled woman herself, Camilla has the life experience needed
to enable disabled people to fulfil their potential through career
counselling, life coaching and mentoring.
Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, Camilla works with only a small
number of clients at any one time to ensure that each company
or individual receives the commitment and personal approach that
is central to her philosophy.
